FM-12 Flatmaster Mini

A machine built from the ground up. It has a light compact design with improved torque for heavy loads. 8 grinding/polishing heads nestled in on an 11" x 11" CNC machined base. 

Precision machined  to within a few thousandths of an inch, the base holds the 8 shafts in perfect alignment assuring an incredibly flat polished surface. 

Incorporating a "Velcro" hook and loop fastening system, allowing for easy change from one diamond grit to another.

The steel segmented turbo cup grinding pads all now have two steel lock dowels which anchor to the pads

"Auto centering" for super smooth running with no vibration.

A "step-on-it" handle adjustment system allows for super easy height adjustment of the handle for different operators.    

 A vacuum port for cutting dry was also requested and it is now standard on all mini machines. 

It is also a countertop unit!   Handle Disassembly in less than a few minutes.

The motor has a box added that incorporates a recessed male plug, on/off switch and a hour gauge that lets you know time spent on a job.

Built with the aid of the IRONCAD modeling program, every part is manufactured to tolerances no greater than a few thousandths on an inch.  This can only be done using state of the art computer controlled laser cutting machines provided by Stollco industries, our exclusive manufacturer for all laser cut components.

Notice the vacuum port, switch, and handle assembly.  The round aluminum piece between the vacuum port and the electrical cord is the "step-on-it" handle height adjuster.
